<sub>woah, THIS SUMMER SUCKS!

in July, i lost over 3000GB of important files on a broke hard drive , but none of my art was in it.
and now my computer broke and a virus also took everything that was connected to it, which was all my back up memory.
i had over 20 art entries i have been working on for months and was planning to upload.
if i had to add up how long it took me to make those, it would be weeks.
i was only able to save one of my uploads!
also, i had so much music, anime, reference images, and much more.
i had over 5000GB OF IT! i'll never get any of those files back!

this is very uninspiring to me, so i have decided to leave DeviantART.

i just wanted to thank all of my devwatchers and especially my active devwatchers.

i'm very thankful to for actively devwatching me and commenting on my uploads for pretty much as long as i've had this DA account.

also to for devwatching and still responding to comments since she's one of my first devwatchers.

and to a new devwatcher of mine who is also talented.


i'm not going to delete my account, so i can still view other artist's deviations,
though i will not be faving nor commenting on entries.


if anyone bothers to comment on this journal, i will respond.

i also uploaded the only one image of art on my old computer i was able to save of mine.

other than that, i will not be active on DA anymore.

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT IT.

i use to be able to do it, but now i can't.

it's when you gradient the lines and NOT the background.

but, now it'll gradient either the lines AND the background,
OR just the background.

but, i want to gradient just the lines.

LIKE THIS FOR EXAMPLE: the rainbow pokemon in my "WEBCAM" section on the front page of my DA profile.

i'm the one who Photoshopped the pokemon rainbow.

and i was able to gradient everything besides the background,
BUT NOW I CAN'T!
i'm very frustrated about this.
will someone please help me with this?!



P.S. i ordered Pokemon Gold Version 2 days ago and i just found out today that the main character is named "Ethan". i never knew that.
